Thomas Brinke founded Balsan Cosmetic GmbH in September 1998 to develop effects-based cosmetics. This led to the key issues of foot care products and immediate, gentle, safe removal of hard skin. Today we are a callus-removal on highly specialized and recognized cosmetic company, which counts both Chiropodists and pharmacies, and many private individuals as their customers.
