The Balsan skin shield provides all skin areas with a unfetter invisible layer of protection against most skin-aggressive substances, such as sharp detergents and cleaning products, alcohol, oils, chemicals, ink, paints and polishes, as well as a protection against alkalis and acids. Protect against biological fluids, secretions and debris (eg blood, urine and secretions)

Can reduce the incidence of skin allergies and irritation and helps to preserve the natural moisture balance of skin.

It is meant to supplement the conventional protection, but not to replace it. Specifies up to four hours maximum protection (time depends on careful application).
Protection exists even after repeated washing.
